  • Each city service center is operated by an independent partner/franchise owner.
  • EzoneCare does not directly employ technicians or perform repairs.
  • Repair quality, turnaround time, pricing, and warranty are the sole responsibility of the respective city partner.

4. Independent City Partners — Limited Liability

EzoneCare operates as a platform/brand. City-level service centers are independently owned and operated businesses. EzoneCare shall not be held liable for:

  • Any damage to your device caused during or after repair by a city partner.
  • Data loss, corruption, or theft of data stored on your device.
  • Delays in repair completion by any city partner.
  • Quality of parts used by city partners.
  • Disputes between customers and city partners regarding pricing or service quality.
  • Fraudulent or negligent conduct by any city partner.

All disputes related to repair services must be resolved directly with the respective city service center.

5. Brand Disclaimer

EzoneCare is an independent laptop repair service. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any laptop or technology manufacturer including but not limited to Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, Apple, Samsung, MSI, Toshiba, or any other brand. All brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners. We provide third-party repair services only.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your device.
  • Back up your data before handing over your device for repair (we are not responsible for data loss).
  • Pay the agreed service charges to the city partner directly.
